Working with Nestlé Bangladesh for more than 26 years in the capacity of Financial Controller, Supply Chain Director, and Corporate Affairs & Communications Director, he officially went for well-deserved retirement and started working as ‘Corporate Consultant’ in contract. Then he started his own consultancy firm as NAQUIB KHAN Associates in 2022.

Born in 1960 at Chittagong has more than 37 years of experience in leading multinational companies (MNC) and audit & consultancy firm in Bangladesh in top leadership roles in Finance & Control, Supply Chain Management and Corporate Affairs & Communications.
After graduating from Chittagong University with honours in Accounting, he started his career with KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq, Chartered Accountants in 1983. After 5 years in 1988, he joined PHILIPS Bangladesh (subsidiary of PHILIPS, Holland) in its Finance & Control dept as Finance Controller-Consumer Electronics.
He left Philips and joined BOC Bangladesh (subsidiary of BOC, UK), currently known as Lindé Bangladesh in Finance in 1992.Then after 3 years of working, he left BOC and joined Nestlé Bangladesh (subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., Switzerland) in 1995.
